I have a SATA 3 SSD installed, not m.2, if I shutdown the laptop, when I start it fails too boot says I don't have an operating system on hard disk. If I press ctrl+alt+del at start, it will boot after a while.
OS is installed in UEFI Hybrid mode and in boot devices first is OS Manager. I can't fix it, tried all kinds of combinations, after shutdown it won't boot, ever. If I set in bios UEFI native without CSM it won't boot at all.
Bios is latest version. Please help me fix and make laptop boot from first try.

I don't think you can do what you're trying to do ...
When a PC has both a M.2 slot and an HDD slot, the first is hard-wired to be disk "0" -- forcing the PC to boot from the device attached to that slot.
What the PC is probably doing is trying to boot from the missing M.2, failing, perhaps trying several more times, and eventually giving up and booting from the SATA SSD.
Unless you can get into the UEFI/BIOS settings and change the boot order, you will not be able to fix this -- and not having a UEFI PC, I can not confirm this, but my guess is that you are not going to be able to change that.
Perhaps someone with more knowledge of UEFI settings will come along and contradict me -- but only time will tell.

This is impossible, I had an Acer laptop that booted from sata without problems, even it had m.2 slot, my desktop boots from m.2 or sata, depends on what I set in bios.
You are trying to say that this laptop is built this way that you cannot boot from a sata ssd BECAUSE it has m.2?
I already set in BIOS OS Boot Manager, but boots only if I press ctrl+alt+del, after a cold start doesn't boot at all.
There must be a solution to this.

OK, after a trip to the PC service problem is solved. The SSD I installed (a Patriot Burst 240GB) is not compatible with this laptop. With their SSD, laptop booted without any problems. I want to install a m.2 SSD anyway, so this is temporary. You can mark this topic as solved.
