Hi, I have been trying to boot live Kali and parrot os but it always fails. I have disabled secured boot, legacy support is also enabled but still live and live persistence mode is not working ...It is not even booting into live persistence mode it shows no error but laptop turns off after blank screen.And in live mode it starts smoothly and then when I press the shut down button screen goes blank but it never shuts down i have to do it manually every time through power button. while the same version on the same usb is working fine on my notebook 15...I don't know what i am doing wrong.Everything seems to be fine bios is updated,no disk issues but i am unable to use linux.

Detailed answer would be appreciated.

Sorry, but HP does not provide Linux support.

 

Your best bet is to contact the support forum for the Linux distro you are using.
