(1) What specification ( technical data ) has the purchased battery ?

Do you have details for me please ( website ? invoice ? ). Unfortunately, it is already installed.

(2) Send clearly visible picture of the old battery specification (printed on)

Battery specification should be:

HP spare part number: L28076-005

Compatible part numbers:

Thank you.

When I had the original one before, the led didn´t turn on and it only had 10% left, that is why i search for the problem and it suggested me to change the battery, it worked cause it had like 40% then I got that one by recommendation and availability, changed it and it said as a ¨calibration method¨ to let it die and then charge it again. I did and never turned on. Just blinks 5 times and then stops and then 5 blinks again.

Hello @Ub6424

Step 5, can't not do it cause when as soon as I take the battery out stops blinking.

I follow the steps you said, took out the battery, connected the charger and it doesn't turn on.

I am unable to do turn it on.

Thank you.

Hello @Luis1408

I have an important question, please answer honestly. Did you always disconnect the charger before connecting or disconnecting the battery ? If not you could have caused a short circuit !

Kind regards

Hello @Ub6424 Regarding your question and to be honest sometimes I don't notice the way I do it, could be either.

What would that imply?

Thank you.
