Hi:

Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.

Failure Information
Failure ID Tag Checksum HP Serial Number Test Date Failure Code Device Includes Error Message

You will need to replace the failed memory module with a new one.

The product specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with 8 GB of memory, but doesn't indicate if that is 1 x 8 GB, or 2 x 4 GB.

If your notebook has 2 x 4 GB of memory, you will need to remove one of the 4 GB memory chips and see if the notebook works and the code disappears.

If not, install the first one you removed and remove the one you left in.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the memory removal and replacement procedure.

This would be a compatible 4 GB replacement part...

This would be a compatible 8 GB memory chip if your notebook came with a single 8 GB memory chip and you can't test it.
