Product: Omen 15-dc1024na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, on startup, I get an error message as per the below:
- The system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating correctly.
- Continued operation is not recommended and may cause unpredictable behavior that could result in random shutdown, data loss or possible system damage. The system will shut down in 15 seconds. To prevent shutdown and continue operation, press the Enter key now.
- System Fan (90b)
I have tried blowing the dust and fans, also tried a hard reset, and I have updated the BIOS.
I keep getting the error despite every attempt to fix.
I have only had the PC on for 15 minutes, from brand new.
Can you help me?

I would. I certainly wouldn't open up a new PC under warranty. Costco has great support, I bet if you just tell them what you found they'll swap it for a new one.
Doesn't give me the warm fuzzies though, I need a couple Chromebooks for my kids and my HP PC is freezing when it tries to go to sleep.
