Product: HP Elite x2 G4 Tablet with Keyboard

When my tablet goes to sleep, fan starts work to 100% infinitly, it's noisy and tablet case start to have high temperature. I tried windows reinstall, update all drivers, update BIOS and nothing helped. 

 

How to solve it?
