How's everyone, anyways I decided to to give my mom's old laptop a try, I turned it and a blue screen popped up saying,

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The Boot Configuration Data for your pc is missing or contains errors.

File:/ Boot/BCD

Error code: 0xc000014c

You'll need to use a recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media(like a disc or USB device), contact your PC Administrator or PC/Device Manufacturer. -----------

I've tried going into the motherboard, and unplugging the CMOS battery for 30 mins and then clearing the CMOS stats. I've even tried locating the BCD file and wasn't able to search it. The f12 Boot  with Lan option is a bust. because they discontinued WINDOWS XP VISTA. It's not as much as the discs but the BCD Configuration Data File, I'm missing. And P.S. I have a recovery Utility Tool CD Called TRUE IMAGE 2013 by ACRONIS. Because my mom never backed up a Local Disc. The CD is useless... What Should I do? I've seen those repair discs/USBs but I wanna pro tip , I'll do whatever. thx in advance (Product#)  RG364UA#ABA
