Pavillion Laptop 14-ce1000nd

Hello,

My laptop (from june 2019) quit working and it is not the adapter. Therefore, I would like to send it to the nearmost service/ repair HP centre. I bought it in the Netherlands, and now live in Norway (Tromsø). How/ where do I find a phone number to register my laptop and send it? The virtual agent/ nearmost service finder did not help me further.

Unless you purchased an extended warranty, the original 12-month warranty has expired and NOW, HP will probably NOT be willing to work on it for free.  They might not be willing to work on it at all since HP is not in the business of repairing devices with expired warranties.

 

But, that is only a personal experience observation and you will really need to contact an HP service center to get an official answer and schedule the service.

If that link does not provide you sufficient information, then use the main HP link:

I've found those links to be unreliable if you're using Win10 and the new Edge Browser; so if you are, you need to use something else, like FireFox.

Hi @WAWood, 

Thank you for your reply! In the NLs the product has two years warranty, so I hope this still applies since I bought it there. 

 

I hope an HP employee at a service center in Norway will see my message, because untill now, I did not come further or found a relevant phone number.
