Product: HP Elite Mini 800 G9 Desktop PC IDS Base Model

Hello,

 

After a firmware update, Windows does not start.

I can only have accessible functions with keyboard before OS launch (escape, F2...).

Is there anyone who would have a suggestion please ?

It was a screen problem.

The firmware update was not the problem.

I used a vga/display port adapter which did not work.
