HP Laptop PC 14-d2000 (2P5F4AV)

Hi my laptop won't go on at all, the caps lock is flashing...3 slow flashes, 2 rapid. There is an orange light at the charging port. It will not power on at all. Tried a reboot but didn't work. Called support they sent me to Currys (place of purchase) Currys have point blank refused to assist because my uncle used his card to pay for it so they assume it's his laptop. I just need to know if it's the battery needing replaced or if I need to save up for a technician to fix it. I'm disabled and use my laptop for all my online orders etc, I really need it working as soon as possible. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Try the procedures bellow:

It's a possible memory failure

Hi.

Yeh I tried that after eventually finding the video, followed the steps and it's still doing the same. I'm unable to pay for a technician to look at it so I will have to just buy a new one next year when I am able to afford it. I don't understand why it's happened as the laptop was working as normal this morning. Thanks for the suggestion but I'm useless with computers and after following the video and the tips to remove the memory it still didn't work.
