I understand how frustrating this can be, especially when you’re locked out as the administrator. Don’t worry, I’ll try to guide you in the right direction.

To help you better, could you please confirm which administrator password you’re referring to?

  1. Windows admin password (sign in password for your PC), or
  2. BIOS/UEFI administrator password (password asked before Windows starts), or
  3. Printer administrator password (Embedded Web Server / Admin settings)

Once you confirm this and share the exact HP model, I can provide the correct steps.
