Product: Compaq Presario CQ43
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Sir, whenever i try to format my laptop from CD or DVD it shows me enter administrator password which i do not realize now. Whenever i try to change BIOS setting it shows me same . i recently formated my laptop by USB.  Whenever i enter 3 wrong passwords it shows me ERROR massage: DISABLED 52185903.  Plz help me My laptop details are:  Serial no: 5CB14340JD, Product no:  QG455PA#ACJ.    please help me, plz
