find a disassembly video for your laptop and you want to remove the cmos battery, you can google for how it look. so remove the battery for 5 seconds then put it back in. this will reset your bios and you should have acces again.

if that didnt work it might be like dell. dont quote me on this but on dell there is a different way to reset the bios like move a jumper or something like that. try to google for how to reset bios of (laptop) if you didnt do that already. this is the last thing i could think of. hope you will get this solved

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.
That was the only way it could be done. Removing the CMOS battery will not do a thing to clear the P/W.
