HP 15-f272wm

Hello,

I forgot my administrator password or power on password on my HP 15 - f272wm. I also I'm pretty sure I forgot the password to start Windows. Can anyone help with a recovery code or where I can find a recovery code for my specific model. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:

 

Enter any power on password 3 times, and the PC should generate a system disabled code.

 

Post the code you receive including the capital or lower case 'I' 'i'

I took another look at the code you posted and it is 9 digits long.

 

It is only supposed to be 8 digits long.  Please recheck it and post the correct disabled code.

 

And the 'i' in front of the code is a lower case i and not an upper case I, correct?

i dont understand why...but those are the codes.
