Good afternoon, I have need trying to enter my pin for the last 4 hours and nothing works. I have tried entering the challenge password, I have held down the shift button and clicking restarted troubleshoot it and that doesn't work either. Also the change pin option isn't available either. I also tried to use the built in face id but it keeps saying "Your pin is required to sign in." Im sick and tired of looking at this same blue screen please help.
