Forgotten BIOS admin password HP Stream 14-ax020wm

This computer will not boot or let me access the BIOS to reinstall the OS.

I am challenged with "Enter Administrator Password or Power On Password".

After three failed attempts it displays the error code "i 72824676".

I've had this laptop non-functional for over a year. It was one of your prior posts that brought me back to HP Support website to ask again. Thank you, very much!

My only other option was to purchase a new motherboard and swap it out. Have already invested almost a day's worth of time into this problem. You are the best!
