Forgotten Bios Password

Hello,

A company notebook we have to re-allocate for one of my colleague but ex IT guy put a BIOS password so i'm not able to boot from USB to install required operating system.

Unfortunately we are not able to contact with the ex IT guy so i need to somehow reset or clear BIOS password. I saw from old messages in the forum that a "bin" file can be sent by HP Support for these kind of cases. I called HP support in Turkey and they told me that they dont have this kind of service and told me that we need to change the motherboard of the laptop  ( what a solution..)

Please, can somebody help me? How should i recover this notebook?
