Ladies and gentleman,

I have to say that support in HP is nothing as i Expect.I was all the time a fan of HP all my things was from HP.

BUT.

This time i  have forgotten the password in my Bios (set in 2013) what a wonder.

The tell me that there is no more the tool for recovery ? I have to change the motherboard? There is nobody by HP who i can talk to Help me?No chef who care about custommers?Only just a servis center where i can try?May Be?

Why there is then on the web sites all How can we help you?

Its just a stupid file to send me.

Is that a way of HP politics when yes then God with us.

Sorry for my bad english.

Good bay HP.

Viliam Haško.
