My System.pngI just bought a HP Laptop. I set it up and when I have a multiple tabs open my  computer will not let me go to the previous tabs that are opened up. This happens in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. The task Bar freezes on me as well when I can not open up the previous tabs. This problem I had with my last computer this is why I had bought a new computer. I contacted support form the company I bought the computer from but they are off on weekends. This is the second computer I got from them because they said it was a hardware issue. It is frustrating.  Has anyone had this problem,

Hi @grantd69,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Try the steps below.

POWER DRAIN:

Please disconnect all the devices and cables connected to your computer including the power cable and then press and hold the power button for about 20 seconds and connect the power cable back again and try to power on the computer.

CBR:

Press the windows key and then followed by the key "B" this time and then the power button for around 3-4 seconds, then release the power button and continue to hold windows+B for 3-4 seconds more.

Once done restart the computer and check if there are any updates available on HPSA and Windows update.

Make sure the antivirus is up to date.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
