The laptop will freeze if it sits. This typically takes 30+ minutes. When it freezes, I am unable to move the cursor, and the fans turn on full speed. The display is frozen also (clock doesn't move). This is not a temperature issue as there is no load on the cpu when it freezes. I tried the HP Diagnostics, they do not report any issues. This happens consistently. I also tried to sleep the laptop yesterday, it would not wake. I had to hold the power button down for a restart.
I can't chat with support, the website never lets me submit. I am also unable to add my product to my account, I receive an error message every time I try. I've used this for about three days now, I'm very disappointed.
The product number is 912K6AV since I am unable to enter it through the website using Edge.

Hi Shadow1501
It is important to keep your operating system and drivers up to date. Updates not only improve your computer's performance, but they also help protect it against security vulnerabilities.
To update your operating system, you can go to 'Settings' > 'Update & Security' and check if there are any updates available. I also recommend visiting your computer manufacturer's website to download the latest drivers:
