Hello
My laptop has an issue when coming back from sleep mode (either when the screen is shut or it is left unattended for some time). When starting back up the screen freezes (either at the login screen or a black screen) before showing BSOD and rebooting. No issues at all, when it is up and running.
I expected this to be a driver issue, but updating (windows update, hp update, bios, graphics driver) did not solve the issue.
Sometimes the pc will become very hot while in sleep mode, and sometimes while charging and be unable to boot for 20-40 min.
I have tried various power settings, but nothing seems to change.
I know two others, who have got the same laptop and exact same issue. I suspect I might not be the only one with this issue.
