Freezing and slow laptop

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just recently got my new laptop has been 3 days but the laptop keeps freezing especially when on MS teams and I am having to restart it every time the laptop is really slow how do I fix this

I  have purchased laptop with amd ryzen 3 3250u  4gb recently and similar issue.  Workaround i found was to disable hardware acceleration in the browser settings or app.  Seems to be a driver issue ?
