Hp spectre 360

hi I'm having real issues with my laptop. Everytime I turn it on it boots up ok but then freezes. I have no mouse pointer, no touch screen and keyboard does not work either. I've tried updates, diagnostics but nothing works. If I keep turning off and on again eventually it works. Can anyone please help?? Many thanks

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
 

I suggest you run an Extensive System Test to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Shut down the Notebook completely
- Turn it back on, then tap the Esc key repeatedly until the Startup menu screen is displayed.
- Press F2 to select System Diagnostics.
- Click System Tests, then click Extensive Test.
 

If all the Tests pass, please perform a Reset. You can refer to this Link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4026528/windows-10-reset-or-reinstall
