Product: HP Notebook - 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi we just bought this system two weeks ago and when we are either watching a video on You tube or on face book it will freeze.  Why would that happen?  Also from time to time the screen will go black then come back on.  Help

In both the cases you mentioned, you are streaming video from the Internet -- and with that, you are going to run into BUFFERING problems -- where the video stops while more of it is being downloaded.

 

To solve that, you need a faster Internet connection and you also need to be connected with an Ethernet cable, not WiFi.
