Recently, sometimes, especially after I move my laptop around or plug my charger in, my laptop crashes (freezes followed by a BSOD), and display this "Boot Device Not Found" error.
And when I perform a quick check on the hard drive, it says "No hard drive installed".
When I contacted HP Whatsapp support, the technician always told me to recover my Windows, I have done it twice but the problem persists. Now I realize that when this happens, all I need to do is tilt my computer to the left for a while, then I can reboot and continue using. Is the problem due to the hard drive connection? And how can I check it at home since the place I live in is currently under lockdown?

HOW DO I USE DIAGNOSTICS?
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine if the computer hardware is functioning properly. The tool runs within the Windows operating system in order to diagnose hardware failures. HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows comes pre-installed on new HP computers, but if not on yours, download here:-

Hi, I'm sorry I reply a bit late.
So a few days ago, when I tried to do the system test, it was stuck at Short DST Check. It froze there at 14% like for 30 minutes and I cannot cancel it normally, and after I forced shut down and turn it up again, the boot device not found error showed up. I flipped my laptop a bit again to make it worked, retry the test and the same thing happened.
This morning, I managed to find a screwdriver to open my laptop and I found a broken piece of plastic inside.
I remove the piece, plug out and reinsert the SSD. Now, it passes the system test smoothly, only took about 10 minutes.
Do you have any ideas where does that broken piece comes from and is it a big problem?
Thank you.
