Hi everyone
My HP Pavilion 15 cs0053cl got a BSoD every time it tries to runs the automatic repair. I followed the recommended steps to perform a system restore using a bootable USB but when I try select the USB in the boot menu, all of the keys don’t work even the ESC key.
I have tried to change the boot order in BIOS, but it still boots through the hard drive even when the Secure Boot is disabled.
Any ideas why the boot menu freezes when I try access it?
Thanks in advance
