Product: zbook g3 studio

Hello

 

After Upgrade Bios to my G3, I hade a battery message warning , to accept or decline , I accepted by error and than my battery refuse to charge and get stuck to 8%

 

The only way I found is to downgrade the bios , after doing that the laptop refuse to boot , black screen and nothing happens , I tried bios recovery with usb / using Windows key + B + V ... nothing shows up

 

I took the laptop to best buy they say that they need to replace the motherboard, but the mother board is fine , every single piece of hardware of that laptop was perfectly fine until I followed HP RECOMMENDATION to downgrade the BIOS . I've been using that piece of art for years , and now because of that little mistake it's gone and it's not even my idea 

 

What can I do, It looks like I cant contact HP, the laptop is like 6 or 7 years old and with 32Gb of RAM and 8 Xeon core , I'm sure I still can used for another 6 years (PS I bought at the time for 7000 USD)

 

What Can I do ? I know it's just a matter of bios ship corruption ...

Any Idea ? advice ? It feels like I lost a family member
