So basically, I shutdown my computer in a hurry and a program called "Windows Task Host" or something, was preventing the shutdown. Without thinking twice, I forced shutdown the computer by choosing the shutdown option. Now it is in a sort of loop saying "Getting Windows Ready" "Don't turn off your computer". When I did try to turn it off it went into sleep mode and if I press the power button thr same screen shows up. Kindly help me.
