Yes, it's old. In the last 6 months, it has intermittently (of course) taken to not waking  up from Sleep.  It goes to sleep after the appropriate time normally, but once every few weeks - it will not wake up.  I push the power button to wake it up, and it lights up, and the WiFi button light comes on, but no other sounds, flashes, beeps, nothing else.  I have to take the battery out and let it sit awhile (to erase all the microcircuits), then plug the battery back in and power on.  So far, this has worked.

Any suggestions?

Not sure how to addendum my own post - but - this last time, and what prompted me to post - so far it will not come back on. Power button light comes on, WiFi light on, that's it.  Also, when I first push the power button, either a/c, or battery, the white alert light blinks once.  It's on the side, next to the power input.  I might guess to check the a/c supply, but the battery showed charged, so that alone should boot it.

Again - Can't figure out how to addendum.  OK, well NOW we have 5 slow blinks on the Caps Key.  Do I smell (another) motherboard?
