Solved!

Gray Screen

HP Recommended

My daughter has an HP stream laptop.  She has only had it one month.  When you turn it on it just goes to a gray screen.  I can see the arrow of the mouse and move it around but that is it.  Have tried to turn it off and back on but does the same thing.  Any ideas what may be wrong.

HP stream laptop 14" HD display  only used it once. turned on today login page put in password and it goes to grey screen. I have turned it on and on 3 times nothing helps...please help
