Product: Pavillion 15z-n200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

SMART Hard Disk Error.  Imminent failure confirmed sys diad testing.  Not sure where to go from here.  Continue startup seems the only option.

Hi:

 

You may want to try to get into windows and back up any files you don't want to lose.

 

Then eventually (pretty soon), you will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual.  The HDD R & R procedure can be found in chapter 6.
