One evening I tried starting My laptop and it was a black screen for a long time. So, I disconnected the battery and connected it back again. within the process of disconnecting the battery, I accidentally dropped a small screw driver which caused a small spark. The fan turned off and a few days later it came back on. The screen reads "no boot device found code 3F0. So, I took the HDD out and connected it to my other laptop as a external and it started to spin. I accessed the disk management section and it reads as healthy partitions. also I can access my photo and other files on it. But if I replace it back to the original laptop the HDD will not spin. I did change the cable connector to the HDD and still nothing. Thank you.

That is the big question, it killed your machine. It is much better to have a good repairer to have a look of the problem.
Hope this makes sense.
Regards.
