Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The first problem I had was 3 blinks on the caps lock, so I brought a new ram stick. Then the AC adapter port started to blink, so I let it charge. Now when i go to power it on it stays for about 5 seconds and turns off. It doesn’t show a boot screen or give me any caps lock blinks, just a black screen. I’ve tried different key combinations to get into the bios but still a black screen. I’ve tried taking out the battery and hard resetting it, also taking other parts out and trying to power it and still same results.

Hello @MarcusDukes

Do you have any old notebook lying around with windows 8 or 10 ? Just to create the usb stick ( containing BIOS data ) for the HP 14-cf0006dx ? Ask a friend / neighbor ?
