Product: HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (9WQ76AV)
Hi All.
Issues with newly bought HP 14S.
When hit power button...Caps lock button blinks. Screen flashes white once and then goes black,no message or anything visible on screen.
Caps lock then stops blinking.
Charge light on when charged with battery. No start up on screen after above scenario.
Thanks
