Hello everyone! When I turned on my HP 15-ef1183od laptop I got from Miami several times the last time, the little whicircle lights in the right side of the laptop turned on but the backlight screen of the laptop never turns on when I booted it. Here is the evidence:

Please, if you add an external monitor and try connecting?
Is the image normal for him? In addition to this light, do other LEDs such as caps lock + num lock flash?
