I got this laptop almost 2 years ago. I opened it after a year because I didn’t want to remove S mode I didn’t use it. I tried to remove S mode last night which did not work. Before going to bed I restarted it! The screen is blurry and it only shows 3 icons in the right lower corner. A globe/computer , 3/4 circle with an arrow pointing downwards and to the right & the power button. It only responds to restart or power off! I’ve tried countless attempts to fix it but nothing is working. Please help?

Hi:
Your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with and access to another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer since yours is not working.
