Hi, I have HP 250 15.6 inch G10 Notebook PC (7N119ES), serial number 5CD3262BWD. I would like format my disk and make new installation of Win11. Hi:

If none of the IRST drivers worked for you, your PC should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the drive configuration to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Support

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store:

HP Cloud Recovery Tool - Free download and install on Windows | Microsoft Store

If your PC is not working you will need to use another Windows PC to create the recovery media and enter your notebook's 7N119ES product number including the # sign and the 3 characters to the right of the # sign in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Thanks. But new problem. I made recovery usb with HP Cloud Recovery Tool. But after boot, its wrote: Failed to get disk size. Error code = [0x000001B1]. After click ok, that wrote (in my language) that I need to turn on acceleration Intel Smart Response Technology and then repeat action.

I dont see ani IRST seetings in bios.

Sorry that didn't work.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to fix a problem like that.

You have used the drivers I have given to dozens of forum members with notebooks that have the Intel 11th > 13th gen core processors that I zipped up and attached below?

If so then I don't have any other ideas for you to try.

This F6, other F6 drivers, nothing works.
