HP 250 G4 won’t boot properly from Windows 10 USB Setup

Hi community,

My HP 250 G4 will not start up properly.

Keep in mind that the internal HDD is blank and I am trying to boot from a Windows 10 Setup USB Drive.

I have a video linked here which shows that the notebook shows the HP logo then a light blue screen and changes when I hit Enter, but doesn’t go anywhere else.

Hi,

If you turn off the PC by holding the power button.

Turn on the PC and continuously and repeatedly press ESC until the startup menu appears. Press F9 to enter the boot menu.

Do you see the USB drive listed?

Yes, I clearly see it there.

If I boot from that it shows the same problem.

Same thing happens when using the 'Boof from EFI file' and locating the boot efi file.
