Product: HP 250 G8 Notebook PC (1T4K6AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi all,
I would like to boot my laptop HP 250 G8 from my external HD WD (WD 1TB Elements Portable USB 3.0), but it does not see in the boot option menu (F9 key).
I updated it from version F.53 to F.54 using HP utility on the page of my laptop in the support.
Unfortunately, nothing changes.
I inform you that other HP laptop that I own, which are older (i.e HP ProBook 440 G8 Notebook PC (2Q531AV)), are able to boot from that HD.
Should I update also HPS2/HP06/HPS5/HPS9 Rev.A (2022/01/04) and Intel SSD FW Rev.A (2020/08/14)?
Thanks in advance!
Matias
