HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (511V0AV)

Good day,

My HP Notebook isn't switching on after the Windows 11 update. It is completely dead with no lights coming on. Please assist.

Try a hard reset

 

Turn on the computer by holding the power button down for 20 full seconds then release.  Press the Power button one more time (if necessary) to start the computer and then repeatedly press the ESC key and enter the diagnostic option page (F2 is diags) to see if there is a hardware problem.

 

You can try the above twice before taking it to a shop.
