By HP 250 G7 randomly shut down as I am charging the battery and using the PC after which when I try to boot it up you refuses to boot only showing the power LED I have tried doing a BIOS recovery/ update however the only way to put my laptop backup is when the battery completely runs out and then I start charging it all over again
