I have this issue with my brand new 430 G6. Have you guys found a solution?

Hi Peter,

 

I manage to fix my problem at the end by sending it over to HP.  I would suggest you to contact the HP support to solve your problem.

 

One thing for sure, their support team (at least from my experience) is very positive.
