Had cause to fit a replacement motherboard to the above model of ProBook.
Upon startup I get the following message:
The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid
SYSTEM BOARD (OOA)-
Product Serial Number
Product SKU
Product Family
System Board CT Number
I understand that I need to create a Boot USB with the appropriate file included in order to program the information into the new motherboard's BIOS.
Unfortunately, I am having difficulty finding the correct file for this motherboard.
Please could anybody assist me in locating this file?
