Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everybody,

 

my HP 840 G2 seems ko. As I press the power button, I got some blinks on the power lights (orange - white - orange - white). Then the laptops turns off. The blinks are running fast, so I'm not so sure about the sequence.

 

I tried the following actions:

- I tried to turn on the laptop with and without the battery. I tried the hard reset too.

- I removed every single RAM module.

- I tried the bios recovery with usb key.

 

Nothing happened.

 

Any ideas?
