Product: HP 840 G3 Elitebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Help me with this, HP 840 G3 doesn't start up , though  tried to remove all the peripheral devices and restarted it again but doesn't even light up. Help me ASAP.

I have an 840 g3 and also today mine won't boot - although the buttons do light up and I get to the main logo screen ok. It then goes dark. I wonder if this a known glitch with the g3?

Have you tried a Power Reset?

You will want to remove the battery, unplug the power cord, then hold the power button down for 20 seconds.

Try powering on without the battery now. If it works, put the battery back in and see what happens.

If nothing is happening, something is physically failing. Either the power adapter is bad or something on the PC.

If it is under warranty still, you will need to contact HP for servicing.
