You may be need to contact HP technical support to tattoo BIOS with DMI utility tools for correcting this issue

In any case you've to tattoo the BIOS chip with the propriety tools

This was a New motherboard, and on first boot up, a message also said, " Manufacturing mode 1 out of 10"...What did this mean ?  Does it allow for entering info into bios to erase boot up error message ?   Thanks again.
