HP Recommended

Dear community,

I have a HP All-In-One 27 computer from 2018, which I recently tried to update to Win11 and it crashed.

After that the computer didn't boot anymore.

Assuming the SSD was broken, I replaced it.

When trying to install Windows 10 from a fresh ISO the computer does not want to boot from USB stick.

I changed BIOs settings to disable UEFI secure and fast boot, and enabled legacy boot.

But all I receive is a black screen after the HP logo when starting.

Could you please help?

I already ran HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) and it passed the test.

Thank you

and best regards
