HOW DO I USE DIAGNOSTICS?
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics is a Windows-based utility that allows you to run diagnostic tests to determine if the computer hardware is functioning properly. Sir, I did as you suggested the hard close and the diagnostic (computer passed all) but to no avail i am still locked in Airplane Mode and the computer still accept my password nor my pin. Am not even sure how it happened when i was prompted to restart after updating my HP Support Assistant information and adding a game. I have never, myself, put or used airplane mode on my all-in-one desktop. Its primary use for me is gaming and movies. So, i Thank You and request additional possible solutions that you might think as possibilities. Or anyone else who might suggest a solution. Thank you Ibekyminaz

Hi
Define "Airplane mode" please?
Airplane Mode turns off the Wi-Fi capability, it does not prevent the normal use of the computer.
""accept my password nor my pin""
What password, is NOT accepted?
What PIN is NOT accepted?
What/Which screen do you see, take a picture and post it if you can.

Sir, in the lower right corner in the login screen pops up a gridded sphere and when clicked on a rectangle shaded box appears with the words Airplane mode. I have tired several times to change/delete it out but cant. I have a password or number code to access the computer, it is not a system password , just the screen log in . When i try either the screen comes back wrong try again where it use to also offer a hint if you needed it, no more. I have never experienced this before on any previous computers and am trying to explain with out sounding dense myself or confusing . thank you ibekyminaz

Hi
This is what you mean,
except mine actually shows the Aeroplane?
You log in and fix it.
Can you actually login? YES or NO.
The AeroPlane mode, sometimes called Airplane, is controlled on my PC by F12 and the attached file.
So ......... ???????????
