Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello there, my HP 15-BS191OD asks me to input the administrator password or power on password after starting up, I tried 3 times and "i 58903873" came up, I did some research on internet and found the site "[edited]" the code not work, can someone help me fix this bios lock issue? Thank you!
