HP Battery Alert error 607 won't leave on its own and no drivers are available to update on the HP side for Windows 11. Microsoft is already updated and in the device manager, the battery is already up to date.
Yet every time the laptop turns on that error screen shows up.
The laptop stayed in a trunk of a car during one cold night.

I looked up the history on this and found two very different responses.
Wait it out -- the battery might have actually frozen and when that happens, batteries perform very poorly. You only have to search online for Tesla owners experience in cold weather to see examples of this. Posts from others indicated that in a few days, the battery warmed up, charged up, and the message quit appearing. General timeframe was about a week.
BIOS update coming -- HP support folks said a BIOS update was in the works to address this, but no further info was provided and none of the posters indicated ever getting such an update. HP provides us NO info on BIOS updates, so there is nothing we can provide you about these.
